September 2023 Readathon

Alrighty this month I will be participating in Battleathon! Here's the link for more info there's still time to join!Battleathon Announcement  

I ended up taking the quiz and it recommended the Green Dragon for me, Green Dragons are very rare and intelligent! They tend to concentrate more on strategies and planning! So their riders are cunning, smart and Honorable! 

This readathon has a very specific plan of what we will be doing each week. The first week we are bonding with our Dragon. I need to read a book featuring school or learning to complete this prompt. I ended up choosing a physical book that I've had on my tbr pile for a bit. 

Alrighty! I actually have a bookclub that I go to once a week! We mainly read Stephen King books! So I ended up finishing that book today which is the 7th it's a Thursday. I love this bookclub it's hosted at a cute little tea room! With gluten and plant based foods! So I finished Joyland by Stephen King it only counted for the bonus prompt however so I got 10 points. I read a lot of books thru Libby! Libby is a free library borrowing app, I love it cause you can also borrow audiobooks or the digital on I can read on my Kindle. I've been working on Scot Free for a while I just recently made myself finish this one! It ended up being a 2 star for me which means it didn't give my team a lot of points but it was still something. Hopefully I can finish something else soon! I did start Dragonfall and I've been working on A Path of Daggers. 

I finished a Path of Daggers! I now have to wait 14 weeks for the next Wheel of Time book! I'm not working on Wayward Son. I was able to do one of the Level up prompts of Next in A Series for A Path of Daggers, I also got the bonus of 10 points for this book, I gave the book 4 stars! I just have 2 more of the Level up prompts, A red book and a book with a movement. A red book I will probably read Dungeon Crawler Carl which I have on Audible and for the movement book I'm going to read Dragonfall which I already started yesterday! 

I did manage to read 4 more books! Which I posted the reviews here on my blog! The only level up prompt I wasn't able to finish was the red cover one. In conclusion 8 books were read for this readathon! We ended up getting 3rd place which is better than last!
