Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman

If you want a fun series that's both a reality check and exciting this is a good book. Aging and losing people are part of life this book does a good job of putting a spotlight on such realities without being a total downer. It balances fun and serious subjects perfectly.

My Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Part of a Series or Standalone: #1 of 5 in the Thursday Murder Club series.

Genres: Cozy Mystery

Tropes: Red Herrings, Golden Age Detectives, Badass Grandparents, Heart of Gold, Quaint Retirement Village, Justice vs. Morality, Everyone's a Suspect

Things I liked: Everyone we met was so fun, I wanted to be friends with all of them.

Everything came together so perfectly! The mysteries were set up like little puzzles I loved when I could piece things together before the club did.

Things I disliked: I hope we get some Prequel books, theres some characters I would love to get their POV'S from.

Audiobook or Physical? I read the physical book, which I liked a lot, I might go and listen to the audiobook but the voices I have for them in my head are perfect so I don't know if I wanna risk it.

Extras: Switches POV's

I watched the Netflix movie and it was good but not exactly what I pictured when I read it.
