If you were a fan of kid mysteries like Nancy Drew this will be a very fun read for you. Plus the book is very short so you can experience her whole journey in an afternoon!
My Rating: 4 out of 5 stars
Part of a Series or Standalone: #1 in Viva Durant series
Genres: Mystery
Tropes: Coming of Age, Fish Out of Water, Follow the Clues
Things I liked: Very fun read, Viva was such a fun character to follow around!
I like how what some people see as very boring is actually someone keeping a secret very well.
Things I disliked: Kid detective is always a hard one cause you have suspend your disbelief so much. So sometimes that brought me out of the story a bit.
Audiobook or Physical? I listened to the audio drama in one Sunday which was a really lovely experience. I love this voice actress! Bahni Turpin does an amazing job I love the other series she voices too, the Andrea Vernon series!
Extras: Viva's POV
